Previous incidents

SLA monitoring have registered 36 minute downtime on Parser on 2023-12-13. This incident have not affected any data or any processes. The incident occurred because of technologies migration, which has been done to MainHive's main pipelines.

There was a 20 minute Frontend issue caused by cache crash in user roles. This issue was caused by race condition and was resolved by rebuilding user cache.

This issue affected only user experience in mainhive.net, and no data loss has been observed
