Previous incidents

There was a 20 minute Frontend issue caused by cache crash in user roles. This issue was caused by race condition and was resolved by rebuilding user cache.

This issue affected only user experience in mainhive.net, and no data loss has been observed

Acceptance test execution failed to clean its previous records, so it went into inconsistent state, which resulted in 502 error.
This incident resulted in no downtime, nor service disruptions
